Dallas.
Go down the roster and tell me where there is an absolute Weakness. Except maybe LG or C you can't do it. Every player on this defense is reasonably young (save for Jason Ferguson) and undeniably talented. Two stud WR's. Two stud RB's. An improving PRO-BOWL QB. A salty O-Line. A talented TE who causes match-up problems. A DEEP Line-backing corps. An improved defensive backfield. You can't go wrong. And Wade Phillips knows what he is doing. More than Kenny W. in Pitts or whoever in Wash. Falcons are too deep in legal troubles to compete. And their safety play is atrocious.

I am gonna say its not the Redskins...they are all messed up and trying to fill in and stuff... still a working team.. and the Falcons no they have to many issues with their quarterback...so i say its between the steelers and the cowboys... i am going to go with the cowboys becuz both teams are very well team whise but i think that the cowboys coaching staff will be better the steelers this year... so all around team i say Dallas sad enough

The Steelers. What the hell has Tony Romo proved? He's 6-5 as a starter; you have a crazy WR who has more mood swings than an overdue pregnant woman, and you have a new coach as well, so you can't use that excuse against us without applying it to Dallas as well. The Skins are the Skins, we'll have to see how Jason Campbell comes along this season, and Michael Vick isn't a quarterback. Just because he rushed for over 1,000 yards last season IS NOT impressive. I wish the idiots at ESPN would realize that. If your QB is rushing that much, it means he can't throw or someone can't catch, and I don't know if Joe Horn will help that much, he's a decent wide receiver, but he's not getting any younger. Vick's been in the league going on 7 seasons, he should be in his prime, but he is regressing.
The Steelers just have less question marks than the others.
Cheers.

The Steelers have the best defense of the group, and I also think they have the best QB as long as he doesn't cash into anymore cars on his motor cycle. Falcons have too may off season distractions with a new head coach and offense, along with Vick's troubles. but they have the players to surprise, just don't see it happening this year. Cowboys have to get better line play on both sides of the ball for all 16 games, and I still think TO is a cancer and will implode the cowpokes. Redskins happy to get to 8-8 Joe Gibbs rides off into the sunset.

All of those teams are not good. COwboys ahve an overrated QB in Romo. The Steelers are terrible on offence. THe Falcons will lose their franchis player to suspension for dogfighting and the Redskins are an over payed team with no future.

The Steelers because the Steelers have the best defense out of these even though they lost Joey Porter. And Fast Willie Parker owns although all the runningbacks on the teams you mentioned are amazing. But Hines Ward and Santonio Holmes is probably the 2nd best beside T.O. and Terry Glenn. But overall the Steelers are overall better
