Charlie Young and Zoey Bartlet: Do they end up together, do they break up, what happens?

They do end up being together again in Season 6, but we don't see them together at Ellie's wedding. But in that episode (Things Fall Apart) in Season 6 Charlie (after getting caught in flagranti and having a painful conversation with the President) considers asking her to marry him. In '2162 Votes' they enter a room together, and look quite the couple. The last we see from Zoey is in 'Requiem' where Charlie sits next to Donna and Zoey is with her sisters.
So I would like to think that they got back together. Especially after seeing the fatherly hug Charlie received from Jed in 'Requiem'. I think Charlie arrived alone in the first episode of Season 7 because he belonged to the Staff, just like everybody else. Well, maybe except for Danny, but he was rather a White House friend than 'just' a journalist from the Post.
And also possibly they (the producers, writers etc.) didn't know what to do with the Zoey/Charlie couple. I mean Josh arrived kinda alone too (although that part seems hazy) and we know that he ended up together with Donna. And Toby is there, although in Season 7 we learn that Jed was really pissed about his decision.
But nothing really factual is known about their relationship after Things Fall Apart.

They break up a few seasons before the end and they occasionally flirt with the idea of getting back together but never actually do. Charlie gets promoted to assistant to the Chief of Staff and any story lines involving Zoe pretty much end.

Zoey moves back to PCA. Chase moves to London to be with Zoey. They talk over the webcam and Zoey tells Chase that she knows that he loves her and that she might love him. Then he tells her that he needs to stay in London for a semester because his parents won't let him leave. Then they "get together" and they go on a webcam date and it doesn't work out so they "break up" until Chase can come back to PCA to be with Zoey. Also, Coco (the da of zoey's dorm) gets fired and then rehired. Logan and Michael avoid getting a new roommate.

Based on the first episode of the final season, where they flashed forward to the opening of the Bartlett Library, my guess is that they do NOT wind up together. Charlie arrives on his own, not with the family.

well last night chase went to england and zoey came back so he is stuck there and she is stuck at PCA they decide to try to do a cybe date thing and it didnt work out. hope that helpsss (:
