To me it sounds like some sort of harassment. I would go to your supervisor and let them know that you are very disturbed.

Trading rude comments will get you nowhere. (especially if you're not a black belt in verbal karate) Try a more direct approach. How about just tell her that you don't like those kinds of comments. Some people like light teasing and others don't. (I don't) Honesty and compassion will usually overcome these kinds of situations. If not then just ignore her and be a better person.

You happen to love where you live, and are very content. If she was as happy as you are, she would not need to compulsively travel trying to find happiness. As Dorothy said in the Wizard of Oz, "There's no place like home."

Ask if she ever heard of people who compulsively pick on others. Tell her there are support groups to help her get over the problem. Ask her, sincerely, if she'd like to you to help her locate them. You'd even be willing to attend with her.

Tell her that you must be pretty worldly and interesting none the less, as shes so enamored with you as to waste her time trying to bring you down.
