I'm not talking about hentai and the likes lol.. just wondering what makes them watch stuff like Dragonball Z, Naruto etc. for hours.

When I was younger, I used to watch Dragonball Z all the time when it was on Toonami. I had gotten my dad to watch it with me one day, and from that point on it was a show that he really liked. He saw practically the whole DBZ series, excluding Dragonball and GT.
I grew up watching anime so its different for me. Then again, I'm 18 so yeah.

Because they were deprived of all those things when they were younger and/or they just have a always enjoyed that kind of stuff. Take example my older brother (mid-30's) he watches that kind of stuff and going up he used to always by comics, etc...
That's really not for me, but I know some of his friends still do watch anime.

My boyfriend and his kids will sit and watch not only anime but Spongebob and Jimmy Neutron for hours on end. And hes 39. and a big kid. But so am I and thats what I love about him.
