i got a players autograph on a white t-shirt with a sky blue sharpie,if i wash it, will the sharpie come off?

Even though it says permanent, it will fade in time.

Do not use bleach.

Wash in cool water, mild soap by hand.

Get a shirt of the same material and put the sharpie on it wash it and see what it's like if it's good then you know you can wash the shirt.

A Sharpie is a permanent marker but to be safe you might want to wash it by hand.
