I combine Yoga with exercise every day and it helps make me less stressed. Both really do have an effect on lowering blood pressure and making you feel more energetic during the day.

Treat other people as you want to be treated. Don't worry about what you think other people think of you. To thine own self be true. Do things for others without expecting anything in return. Be kind, caring, sharing, giving, tolerant, patient, loving and slow to anger, quick to forgive. You will like your self and others will naturally like you too, if someone doesn't like you, leave them behind, you don't need them anyway.
