You are too into self. Get up and go do something for some one else not expecting anything in return. Treat other people as you would want to be treated. Go volunteer at a hospital or old people's home. Stop sitting by yourself and feeling sorry for yourself. Only you can change what you are doing. Be kind, caring, loving, patient, tolerant and giving to everyone around you. Stop waiting for some one to do something for you.

You need to devote yourself to some enterprise. I think we all get stuck in a rut sometimes where nothing seems right. If we allow ourselves to ruminate on that and keep thinking about it you perpetually drive yourself deeper into depression. You need something to distract you from this.

I don't want to speak out of turn though. If you think it's really bad you should do what you can to see if a professional thinks you have depression. If so, you should follow a professional's advice on how to combat it.

First ask youself what you enjoy doing...you sad and nothing to enjoy? Then think of your ideal world. What are you doing in that ideal world? Keep questioning yourself... sometimes the only person with answer is you..others can only aid.
