I am sure god added free will to make his job a little more entertaining and challenging.

Or at least that would be my take on it if i believed in the whole 1 divine being ruleing all thing

There is an uncanny sense in the question for being an answer to itself. As it appears that the concept of God is that of a being detached from our human self, like other people around, only unparallel in His power and command, the Supreme Being. Then we see that the difference between ordinary people whom we interact with and share our lives with is that is the power and authority. Ordinary people have relatively small effect upon whatever we think, do or plan to do, but God has full command.

Then what do we do what we are in contest with fellow human beings trying to win ourselves a job, or a prize of certain value? We plan. As we know that in order to win against other we need to be systematic and organised. This planning then we do all by ourselves. We do not imagine that someone else would do this for us. We assume full responsibility of our tasks both in terms of planning and acting that plan out to win. But the fact is that people do not have plan for us; they o not normally plan to defeat us but to win themselves. They have their own plans, and so should we. Then the person, for instance, who is offering a job opportunity, has his own plan; he would not plan for us. The purpose of his plan is to allow only the best candidate get what is on offer.

If then God is a detached being then His plans encompass all people and things the individual purposes of who might not be, as they normally aren’t, congruent to one another.

I don't think God has a divine plan for us. If there is a God, then I believe He has given us what we need to devise our own plan.
For example; Lets take a highly famous person....Elvis Presley. I believe he was given his voice (a tallent) and left to discover that, and create his own plan. He did that, and his plan was of great success.

Thank You

GOD is the part of our plans here on Earth, since god was created by human beings, not the way round.

We shouldn't, if that were the case. That's why I think that theory is false. A god doesn't have a plan for our life or life would be meaningless and I can say with 100% certainty that life is not meaningless.

People use god as an excuse not to bother planning.

Because we apparently have free will and have to work out our lives. One can't expect divine intervention at every ordinary decision.

No plan in the universe is executed as planned. It deviates. Thank God when it is executed to the satisfaction.
