Some kids spray-painted on the sidewalk in front of my home, is it a way I can remove it?

"GOOF OFF" only works on water based paint and will not touch the spray paint, get yourself a quart of "Strypeeze" and a wire brush, apply and brush easy, hose down. Good luck Les the painter

A power washer will work.
Use grease lightning.
Heck, I took paint off accidentally on our boat with that stuff.

go to local hardware store get goof-off it works great.
