Yes. I usually have a protein bar and a fruit smoothie, handful of vitamins, and then coffee. I'm evil if I skip breakfast.

i dont u usually have the time to but its supposed to be the most important meal of the day , people eating breakfast makes you slimmer *

Yes, i love my scrambled eggs, bacon, and hashbrowns. It's heart-clogging GOODNESS! Breakfast get's me going every morning, even if it's just a cup of coffee with alot of cream and sugar in it. I just can't start my day with an empty tummy. Smile :)

Normally I don't but since I have got back in the gym I have been trying to get a yummy chocolate banana peanut butter protein shake in before lunch =)

I always have a glass of orange juice, Cinnamon-flavored Honey Bunches of Oats, and a Nutri-Grain bar (either blueberry, strawberry, or apple-flavored... mmmmm)!

to be honest i have no time for breakfast in the morning and i usually end up munching on junk food at the office....lol

On school days I have porridge with Fruit 'n Fibre, but during holidays and weekends I don't. Yeah, yeah I know it's really bad for you , your blood sugar level is running low, etc. Blah, blah, blah. I just don't feel hungry during days off.
