I sometimes get HORRIFIC pains in my uterus during ovulation. Went to the emergency room the other night and it's definitely my uterus. Doctor is watching to see if it happens during mid cycle and we'll go from there. Anyone else go through this? Yikes!

Yes, I always had this when younger. It is called Mittleschmurz. Here is a site with more info:

Yes I had that before I got my IUD. I was in so much pain I couldn't sit or stand. Sometimes it would last hours. I never went to the ER because I had spoken to my Dr about it. There were times I was in tears but thank goodness it didn't last for a long period of time.

yes but I wouldn't exactly call it HORRIFIC or go to the emergency room. I can usually tell which side I'm ovulating from though
