im having an argument with a mate over who is better. I strongly think Tim Duncan is. Any thoughts?

I don't think you can compare the two, Tim plays the game from the neck up and Shaq plays from the neck down.

Duncan over Shaq for sure. Shaq can't score outside the paint or play man defense like Tim. Shaq is too big and slow and he just manhandles guys in the paint (which of course is never called).
