I have a doctors appt this morning and plan to talk with my midwife about it but over the last few days i have been really really sick to my stomach. I have only thrown up once, but no matter what i do i either have severe acid reflux/heartburn or am nauseated..anyone else going through this or experienced this? anything I can do to get some relief over the next week or so?

This might be a sign that labor is coming soon. Some experience nausea, vomiting and/or diarrhea right before the onset of labor.

You can take Emetrol which is a liquid anti-emetic. Or you might try a half tablet of Unisom with B6 which is a tried and true over-the-counter remedy for nausea and in the Class A category for pregnancy which is the safest.

My midwife gave me the antacid soft chews during labor and they really helped my acid stomach to calm down.

The only other thing this could be is a stomach virus, but usually you will have diarrhea with that and feel ill and tired.

Round ligament pains begin at specific occasions for each person. I began to get mine round 12 weeks. Some females even have fuel that hurts truly unhealthy, however I heard it to be a usual factor. Just speak on your OB/GYN the following time you pass and talk over with. Since I received pregnant it kind of feels like I had been extra gassy, however it does not harm to so much.

It's all that pressure on your stomach. It's normal but it could also be a sign you may go into labor soon.
