there are no gap stores but there are stores that sell gap. i saw one in robinson's galeria..i just forgot the name of the boutique. i think it's beside rustan's department store

Maybe they already have Gap. When I went to the Philippines for the first time in 1996 I saw a chain of stores I had never heard of before ("GUESS?") and now they are all over the UK. However, trust me, you won't need Gap in the Philippines. They have the most fantastic stores. Visit downtown Manila (named Makati) and you're in down-town shopping anywhere on earth. They are as mad about shopping as we are here in Europe -- only the prices are about a tenth of what they are here. Example, my Ray Ban sunglasses cost in England £110 (or $150) but a major Ray Ban retailer in Manila sold me a pair for £50. So my entire family have Rayban glasses myself, wife, daughter 18 and son 9.

Some GAP clothes are made in the Philippines, and although there are no dedicated stores for sale of GAP products, they can be found in stores like SM.

They have original GAP clothing there.
Though as mentioned by others, GAP is also being manufactured in the Phils. there are tiangges (bazaars) who sells GAP over runs. One area where it is visible is in Greenhills.

Gap stores are only located in: USA, Canada, France, Japan and the UK.

I guess so. I mean they have Prada, Louis Vuitton, Hugo Boss, Versace, Armani, Gucci and other big name designers in Makati, I really beleive they have GAP.

probably not, but Gap merchandise are not hard to find in the many stores in and around the country
