You can get prenatal vitamins at any drug store and they start at about $10.00 and go up from there.

There are lots of different brands, depending on where you live. Some well-known ones are Stuarts, Centrum and Enfamil Expecta. Some drug stores have their own brands like Walgreens.

If the prenatals make you feel sick, try taking them at night, right before you go to bed so you can sleep through the nausea. Or if all else fails, you can just take chewable Flintstones. Any vitamin is better than none.

Yes you can just get them at Shoppers Wal-Mart, the best I found was Maternal, some Dr prescribe them as well, the cost any were from $13 and up if I remember correctly but you should always ask your Dr first or the pharmacist for help.

Also if you don't mind taking vitamins I would also recommend a vitamin E supplement as well, when I was pregnant for my first child I was gestational diabetic and the nutritious I had to see said that taking E helps during the delivery there is a few seconds were they are not getting any air in the birthing canal and take the E helps with this.

Good luck

Hi you can buy them at Shoppers, there are TONS of kinds!

Try a regular iron as the ones I tried gave me nausaus feelings b/c they had "extra" iron.

CEntrum & Life Brand both have good ones in the Vit section.

If you can't find them, ask the pharmacist.

There are lots of kinds and different range of price, I could only take mine the first trimester then they started making me sick. My midwife that the important part is taking some kind of vitamin even if it is Flintstones...that's what I take now, make sure it has plenty of Folic acid, that helps the brain develop I am told.

I take a vit called Pregnacare. It contains Folic Acid, iron and the various vitimins and minerals needs for the babies development.

Over here you can get that from a supermarket and it costs around £5.99, which is around $12.
