for some men, it's an extension of their brain. I'm not talking about all men, just some.

For the same reason than women care about being "bigger" in their own way. Is bigger better? Of course it is a matter of opinion, but there are just enough gals out there who say it matters to cast doubt in a man's mind. It is just like with breast size. Poll after poll suggests that most men would prefer small, real breasts rather than big, fake ones. Yet, enough men say they like big breasts to cast doubt in a woman's mind. Everyone wants to be attractive to the opposite sex. When you get so many mixed signals about what is acceptable and what is not, naturally some people will start to care about things like this.

I do not want to speak for all women, but I think it might be because men do not understand that a woman can respond to technique, not size. And the idea of having one that is "bigger" has been handed down through the centuries: "the bigger, the better".

It's an ego thing. Women want big breasts. Men want to be bigger too. It's normal.

'Cause they think that would make women feel good. Also it's a macho thing. In reality, bigger doesn't mean better. It's how they perform and how they treat women.
Too big can be hurtful.

I don't know! That is a good question! I am guessing for the same reason some chicks want bigger breasts! Pressure from the opposite sex and peers, and the porno industry.

for the same reason women get implants , some people believe that bigger is better....it's all you hear growing up...i see the question at least 5 times a day on Yahoo alone....but it's a personal preference , I like em big....some like them small...to each his own.
