I was level 95 and i bought gold, i got banned, i didnt know you couldnt buy gold, i am so mad right now, i worked sooo hard on my guy, is there ANY way i can get it back????

Sorry, but you can't. Buying gold is considered cheating by many online games and it was in the license agreement that you agreed to when you installed the game. You were banned for a legitimate reason.
Live and learn. Create another account and don't buy gold again or quit the game and find another one.

i had a lvl 108 but it got banned so now i keep extra accounts just in case but i dont cuss or hack so i dont know how but i do have a good way of bugging people but thats not the point the point is that you cant unbann it no matter what you try you should try and keep extra so if u get banned u should try to make more just in case i have 12 i know way to many but none of them have got banned yet so i dont know how u can get it unbanned but thats probably because YOU CAN'T but i think u get the point so good luck on making another. have fun

E-mail them. If you got a clean record sometimes they will let you slip. As long as you've never gotten in trouble before, and you appologize and request that they take the money out of your account, then they should let you get it back in about a weeks time. I've been banned twice for similar reasons and i sent them an e-mail saying that i was sorry and that i didn't know. I was able to play again in 3 days.
