yes i went to the same camp for many years and i now know so much about the camp i now work there

No! When I was a "child" growing up during the Great Depression of the late 1920's early 1930's there were no Camps . If there were some, I never heard about them nor did my friends; in addition, my parents worked 7 days weekly in order to put a roof over our heads and food on the table, This were grim days.

I was born and raised in a large metropolitan area, but I spent my summers for many years with my grandparents on an 80 acre "ma and pa' working farm. There were no kids around, but I got to work with the farm animals (pigs, chickens and cows), take care of the family garden and walk the planted acres with my dog exploring the world. We would go to town 12 miles away for ice cream once a week. We initially had no electricity, no running water and no indoor toilet. I am very thankful to have had those experiences..

My teen is preparing to go to a Christian camp in July. It's called The Wilds. I went as a teen and it was a great experience. I went to Camp Windermere.

Yes, a couple years. The first time was at age 8. I stayed for 8 straight weeks and I loved it. I cried when I had to leave.

i went to cheerleading and volley ball camp from the ages of 9-14, and i absolutely hated it.

yes, I went to day camp which was fun, and I went to sleep away camps which were not as fun.
