Where can I get a fan that has a pole that goes from floor to ceiling ?

I purchased one several years ago at k-mart. It had and adjustable pole that went from floor to ceiling so the fan could be as high up as you wanted. Anyone know where I could get one ? Thanks !

I just bought mine from Sam's club.

It is on a pole, stands about 6' high, has three lights and four palm leave fans.

Can be used indoors and out.
