Well it isn't right I agree but if she has been there longer than you there isn't much you can do. Shes still there for a reason. She is liked. I would just deal with it or tell her you are busy with something else at the moment.

I want to tell you a story.
It is about a man that wanted to drive trains.
I do not remember who he is or the name of the train line, but I know it is a famous one.
This guy wanted so bad to drive trains. So he decided that he would see if he could. He found out that he had to work for that priviledge. He decided that he would do anything that they told him.
He worked hard and never complained. He was noticed and in time, promotion after promotion, he was driving that train. He worked his way up that ladder, until one day he owned the railroad company and that train.

It dosent remember what rank you're, officer, inner maximum or maybe a widely used etc in case you bully somebody then your out easy as that, no remember how plenty you post a resistance or how plenty assist you get for no longer bullying that individual. Bullying is bullying and its against military, royal army, and royal air rigidity rules. As for the different question "who has extra to lose" properly its needless to say going to be the bully, one he has in simple terms ruined his occupation interior the militia, 2 its going to seem very undesirable on his checklist that he develop into thrown out for bullying whilst employing for different jobs. 3 he might besides be taken care of like a baby. cant tell you specifics, but i was told once to "choose your battles and choose them well". You cant fight city hall, but you can protest!
seriously, read Sun Tzu, the Art of War. there are some great philosophies regarding tactics, which can be applied to any thing, especially business. Use her, she will do more damage to herself, and you will learn. Just don't ever let them see you frown.

We probably have been in this type of situation at work at some time. The best thing to do is to talk this over with your supervisor.

When she gives you something to do that is her responsibility, just say that you'd love to do this, but you will have to clear this task with your boss first. After all, it is YOUR boss who tells you what to do, not the senior employee.
