I give my son who is 16 months old whole milk until he turns 2 years old then i will swiitch him to 2% like me and my 9 yr old daughter drink. I don't drink a lot of milk, i only put it in cereal and maybe have a glass here and there with a donut...my daughter drinks 2 cups of 2% a day, she loves milk!!!! She hates chocolate milk!!

2% ORGANIC all the way. No fat tastes like water with a little bit of milk. And I'm not a big fan of chocolate milk, and whole milk is way too creamy for me.

I prefer raw milk. Anyone who has EVER had it, will prefer it. (The difference is like eating a fruit right off the vine or tree. Something right out of the garden just has better taste. That's the way it is with milk ! It's so good when it's just filtered, and chilled ! )
