in my opinion, putting the jews in palistine after the war was the worst mistake in history, they now have to much power and influence. and where such power can be controlled (with the exception of USA), Israelites are possibly the most racist and hipocritically judgemental people on earth. and to top it all off, they rename the rightly muslim owned country from palistine to Israel.

just to note, im not having a go at jews as a people (many are very nice), just that those in Israel are too dangerous.

anyone have the same view?

There has never been any place called Palestine. Check the history books and you will see that that land was taken from surrounding countries and was meant to be two separate nations. The Arabs in the region refused to accept the portion allocated to them and attacked the Jewish people. Of course the countries that these Arabs came from refused to let them back in so the "evil" Israelis let them become citizens of Israel and have been paying for it ever since.

I am neither Jew nor Arab and I find many in both groups to be racist and for what ever reason they have always hated each other.

For the last 56 years the Palestinian Refugees are living in a United Nation Refugee Camps waiting for UN to implement the UN Security Council resolutions. For the last 56 years Israel conducts collective punishment and state terror against the Palestinian Refugees.
The Middle East will never be peaceful without ending the Israeli occupation. This is the conclusion of the UN, EU, Backer-Hamilton report, and President Carter new book.

I agree with you but I do think that the Jewish people have a right to live there as well but it amazes me that most people conventionally forget that Moses led the Israelites a nomadic tribe into Palestine and that the land was to be shared by the other 12 tribes that lived there first.
I can understand the control that the Jewish wish to have after what happened in WW2 and they never want it happen again but if you have someone supporting everything you do you become the bully.
I often wonder if America blind support for Israel stems from the fact that they did not enter the war willingly and that has manifested into guilt for what did happen to the Jews in the Holocaust.

Your view of the world is flawed. "Palestine" was never a muslim country, it was actually a Roman provence (originally named Judea in fact after the - you guessed it - Jews). Based on your post I have to disagree with you on one other thing: You are probable the most racist and hypocritically judgemental person on Earth. I don't even know where you got that opinion from.

I simply hate it when people make comments like this:

"There is a written history of ownership of the land know as Israel going back 4000 years to the Jewish people. The Palestinians are trespassing, on GOD'S land. If you do not like it, tough, who cares, the truth is the truth."

The truth is that logic is flawed. By using that logic then everybody who is not Native American should leave the U.S. immediately. It's quite sad that we can gasp in horror about other countries past treatment to humans, but we can't look in the mirror to our own past. The destruction of Native Americans is horrific and not to mention African Americans and other minorities.

We as a nation can't judge other countries when our own history is full of inhumane actions towards our fellow human beings.

Finally, to answer your question. Does Israel have the right to rename itself? That depends on the person's personal opinion of Israel. However, our personal opinions won't stop Israel's actions.

Uh, I don't want to belabor the point, but did it ever occur to you to open a history book and find out that Jews established Israel and built Jerusalem thousands of years ago, and have been living in the same area ever since?

And that there never was a country called "palestine"? There was an area of TransJordan called "palestine", but never a country. Jews were not "put" there, but had been living there, and all over the Middle East, for millenia.

Your ignorance is a bottomless abyss.

You sir, are a sick, sick person. There is a written history of ownership of the land know as Israel going back 4000 years to the Jewish people. The Palestinians are trespassing, on GOD'S land. If you do not like it, tough, who cares, the truth is the truth. The Palestinians have no claim to anything other that a dead man named Mohammad, and by the way I am not Jewish.

No I don't share your view. Maybe you should actually do some research. There is no "rightly muslim owned country" named palestine. There was no palestine. If you had done even the smallest bit of reading you would know how uneducated your comments are. Have problems with Israel, have problems with racism, that's fine. But at least make sure you have some idea what you are talking about first.
