I mean, of course, to the person who hurt you, or to the person who made you angry.

And not only at the moment, but after that.

When I'm angry. When I'm hurt it's only on my own behalf. When I'm angry it's on behalf of all humanity, and possibly on behalf of all living things, and the Earth into the bargain, even though it's me who is offended initially - after all don't I represent my fellows? But I do keep nice. I learned that long ago. It's why a fellow executive once told me he'd learned that the quieter I was the more dangerous. With a little care and assistance, those who offend us can be helped to die on their own swords - although it takes observation and time (the skills of the hunter)

Generally when I'm angry but I don't really see them as being completely separate. When I'm hurt, I'm more easily angered. I don't like getting angry, though of course I do sometimes, and this hurts me. Anger and depression are a downward spiral that feed off each other.

I would say dealing with being hurt is more difficult. Anger is an easier emotion for me to get over... I don't usually stay angry for too long in any case.

When I'm angry. Cause anyone can easily piss me off and I won't give a damn about being nice to them...

But I'm not easily hurt by just anyone. Only the ones I really love, and when we love that person so much, how can I not be nice to them?

Anger

I find it harder to forgive and forget when I've been hurt. Anger in my case is a fleeting emotion -- it happens spontaneously, so it can dissipate just as quickly as it started. Emotional pain is something else -- it leaves a scar in the spirit, and tends to take longer to heal. :]
