There is always a reason!!!....
Only sometimes it is so well hidden, so deep seated that we wish not to see it. Or not to admit it.
Crying washes away some of its dirt....
We all cry ..."for no real reason".

When I was a kid, my parents said I cried and cried for no reason. Now, I seldom do. I got mad at my Dad for constantly hitting me so I refused to give in to crying once. Since then I don't cry.

When I feel this way I believe someone else is suffering and needs be to share their loss or pain - so I stop and say a prayer, or just send them my best thoughts or mojo - this too shall pass.

so many times!! but i told myself i'm not crazy(i'm not).glad to kno there are others like me.i just sometimes sit and cry,,just like that.although i'm a girl, one of the nicest things i heard was from lyfe jenning's song "cry." where he lets ppl kno that he and other men cry,it's no big thing.he prob has a reason tho.lol.yall shud take a listen.in the song, he sings, "crying is like taking ur soul to the laundromat." isnt that so sweet?

All the time. My doctor says it's hormones. There are some days when I just need to cry, it makes me feel better.
