About this time the little one can "engage", which means its head is resting in the bottom of the pelvis, awaiting delivery. This of course puts a LOT of pressure on those parts, and the stretching of the ligaments, to allow the passage, can feel uncomfortable.
If you are in a lot of pain, or at all worried, discuss this with your doctor, or birthing professional.
Good luck, it won't be long now.

My daughter has just gone through this very same thing. She is better the last couple of days though. She thinks the baby has dropped in to position. It should be about two weeks to delivery--according to her. lol Good luck.

I'm no medical expert, but it sounds like your ligaments have stretched your bones apart in preparation for the baby to come down the birth canal. That can cause pelvic pain. If you're concerned, see your doc.
