I have a 2005 ford taurus with 70,000 miles, what is the best oil that i should use on it?

i`ve heard, prestone is the best , GTX is the best etc. so what would be the best oil to use for my engine? since i do a lot of traveling.

I have a 1985 300zx. It has over 117,000. I use the synthetic oils because the act as a detergent for my engine and help keep out the gunk that can build up.

I have a 97 Taurus and I put Havoline in it and it seams to be pretty good stays full and I have had no problems, hope this helps

Keep using what brung you. Or Castrol GTX High milage motor oil.
