No but i can still be used in day to day conversation (and with people understanding what you say). Infact why dont u try and bring it back into fashion (saying things like that)

yes, but in an ironic context.
e.g. if you can't dance, and know it, but still try. well, like me. i say i bust a groove sometimes to be funny. and then dance which usually causes more laughter.
