I would hyphenate epoch-defining to indicate that it's a single adjective comprised of two words.

Yes, it is correct......but, Good Lord, why on earth do you spell "grammer"? It's "grammar", with a second A like in Apple.

Well, first of all, you spelled grammar wrong.

Your sentence to does sound grammatically incorrect, sounds like an incomplete sentence to me, you should extend it to make it agree and sound grammatically correct, or change the sentence around all together, it does not even sound like proper English to me.
