Actually the human body is asymmetrical - not the same on both sides, and this is perfectly natural. So the slight differences between the sides is to be expected.

Nearly every one has one foot bigger or longer,
so you are not unique.In certain instances some people
have to buy two pairs of foot wear,one larger than the other,
I have to purchase 8`s UK when a seven would be OK
for one foot.
