This has happened to me twice when I worked at this German Restaraunt called Pumpernickels. I quit a week ago because almost everyone was very rude and down right mean!!

When I called my boss to tell him my check had bounced he said, "Oh, guess I didn't have enough in my account." I was so mad.

okay has this happened more than once ? if so you have legal grounds to sue him for what he owes you and damages please go see an employment attorney. Most attorneys have free consultations and I would most certainly see one . You may have a case you never know . good luck .
