Have you ever pushed a door when it says pull, or pulled it when it says push?

Oh yes, despite the fact that the little sign saying push or pull is never far from eye level. I've not done it in a while though.

Oh yeah, all the time. There's a Far Side comic where a kid is pushing on a door that is clearly marked "PULL" and the sign on the building says, "School For the Gifted"
So every time I do it, I think, school for the gifted!

Probably,we used to it in a local pub which has a revolving door, and laugh at all the people who pushed it the wrong way and got stuck.

yes i have but even worse.......

i have stood at a door that i assumed was automatic, waiting for it to open until i realized that it was just a normal door that needed pushing or pulling!

yeh done it quite few times and have also tried to open locked doors - it was annoying when i was trying to get into the cinema and it wasn't until i tried the last door that i finally got in cos the rest were locked, looked like a right fool

Yes frequently, the entrance to my workplace says pull when it infact swings both ways
