Just because he is wearing a white robe doesn't necessarily mean that he is affiliated with the white house.
43 years isn't so long.
JFK was killed in 1963 - the government appointed "Warren Commission" claimed it was only one gunman but over 30 years later the Congress put a committee together to reopen the investigation and concluded that it was a conspiracy.
It ended there. The criminals are still free and they are the ones that are in power in the USA and the rest of the world.
There still is hope that the 9/11 Official Report will be reinvestigated so the truth will come out. Hopefully it won't take that long.
