strings g b and e .....should i change them?

Yes. Strings tend to die (lose tone) when they get old. If they are turning black, or have rust on them, you should put a new set on. Some professional musicians change their strings every month (sometimes twice). If you are a beginner and don't play in front of people much, you can get away with changing them about once every 4-6 months.

When the strings can't stay in tune no matter what it is automatically time to change them. Yours, from the description you give should be changed right now. Thanks for the reminder - I need to change strings on two of my guitars too.

if it doesnt stays in tune for a period of time, i advice you to change it.. i normally change them before they turns black, about once every 6 months, depends on how active you are..
