I think this site has the maximum interactive features which no other site from India has been providing. These features make it more of a user0driven platform which can be used by the citizens to discuss and even resolve their issues. apart from this, there is a facility of having your own sub-domain as indicated in one of the other answers.
The users can also contact their elected officials and approach them with their grievances.

I think a Political Networking site will work in India like http://www.indiademocracy.org?
If Political candidates are enough educated and have enough knowledge about computers and internet.
I have seen some of the guys who got elected with out typing skills.
Some of the people even don’t know how to swith on the computer CPU

Very likely: computer literacy and use of internet, have created a favourable climate for net working in many fields, incldg politics: your view is very encouraging, and very pragmatic! Some problems of course, are there, mainly, the ethics part of it, and bogies intruding and hacking, but finally it will be good communication!

Indiademocracy.org site will furnish the purpose of all the people who can efford few minutes of time to know the present situation around them, from this site we come to know whats happening in our country and as well have the update knowledge of the happennings in day to day politics.
