my os is xp,i connected them through usb,i think the problem is the driver how can i fix this?

On the manufacturer's website, look for XP drivers, OR Windows 2000 drivers (may not work as well).

If neither are available, you may be out of luck.

Go to Start, Settings, Control Panel, System, Hardware, Device Settings. You are looking for yellow exclamation points next to your devices. If you see one, open it and see if xp has the driver for it. If this does not work then go to the manufacturer's site for the driver.
