Reading is a great hobby which makes you self sufficient. Your dependance on people for entertainment declines. You can carry a book everywhere & make good use of the 'waiting period' I would be lost without a book when I'm travelling.

Yes anything that occupies your mind that you enjoy why not, it keeps your brain active, so it is good therapy and hobby,no matter what titles etc â¥

Reading is only worth something if you're reading something worthwhile. The same as eating is only worth something if you're not just stuffing your face with donuts. Reading trash will fill your head with trash like eating trash will fill your stomach with trash.
