To you believe that you have a vital role in the future? I'm talking about one in which its effects will be felt by people all over the world.

Do you feel you're going to play a role in the grand scheme of things in this world?

Sure, make me sound like an ego-maniacal mad-man. But, yes, I do believe I can make a difference. Maybe just a foot-note, but if I can do what I want to do in academia, maybe I can change a few minds and build up that great mountain of knowledge we all share in.

Peace

"No man is an island"...
I think I definitely play a vital role in the future, but I doubt that it's a role anyone will recognize or discover.
I have had and continue to have an effect on the way the students I teach think. That will spread out like ripples in a pond...whether for good or ill I couldn't say, but my aim is for good...

No I don't think I'll have a vital role in the future of this world, but I'll make a great expression in the next instead.

Normaly others believe in me and the burdon is sometimes hard to carry. I'm absolutly certian that in the future I'll play as big a part than an ant has now.
Even if I accomplish something, the future is so unpredictable - that I often question myself: "Why live for tomorrow?" That is why I live for today and carish it. Tomorrow could all be over.

I cannot imagine that any of us would have no part in the grand scheme of things.....

I believe we all do.......

My philosophy is that we are a part of a great anthology called the Book of Life......

And only the Writer of History can detemine the "stories" that will be there......

To every man an answer
though no mans' question may be the same
as another's
yet, without one man's question in all of life
History remains undone........

Therefore, without one life in this world, there is no future because History is undone..... His story is God's story of how life is...... Our life's path is determined by the fruit of our labor, the things we choose, and those to whom we allow to help cultivate our future (get involved)....... We all have a grand part in the building of the future.

Even the fellow who passed as wind on your sleeve......Who, unknowing... has the task of recording to thought a moment in time passed, the place, and who..... Though it will pass, it will ultimately, reflect in both persons dreams......

Therein is the significance of those unknown to you......
