I was going to say a grilled PB & J as well. Also try frech toast PB & J! Yummy! Then, cut sandwich into strips and dip in syrup and chase with a TALL glass of milk.

A grilled cheese sandwich with hot pepper cheese its
wonderful. This type of cheese melts well.

Grilled cheese on whole wheat bread with tomato basil soup is our favorite winter food.
Crunchy peanut butter with Concord grape jelly on soft white bread with a glass of milk is awesome.
I'd probably prefer the grilled cheese.
