I don't think she will change at all. Especially because the day she comes out her irresponsible parents have a major party planned for her. They make it seem like she should be rewarded for her stupid actions. Paris Hilton doesn't care about anything. She will remain the sel-centered and conceited brat she's always been.

paris hilton has been a brat for the last 20years plus.it will take another 20year plus for her to change completely!she will change a bit for a little while after coming out of jail but sadly she probably will go back to her old self after sometime...old habits are just hard to break = )

no way in hell will jail change paris! she's too stupid. i dont understand why so many ppl actually like her. all she has is a pretty face and $. she has no as$ nor boobs, no brains and no common sense whatsoever!

She can't get much thinner...I heard she didn't eat the first three days in the slammer because she was afraid someone would get a pic of her on the crapper....
