Hi marcelino,
I'd have to say yes. Why ask a question to begin with if your not going to take the time to review all the answer & then choice a best answer. But you can always go into vote & choice the best answer yourself & get some satisfaction out of doing your part in the community.
They maybe forgot they asked a question, to busy working, had other things to do etc.
Then again when I ask a question, I checked the box so Yahoo will send me a note that my question was answered (memory lapses) that way I never forget to give the points that are deserved. Common curtesy to the others that answered or tried to give the best answer. Have a good day. :0)
P.S. Good thing we have people that vote.

Yes, absolutely. Some of them just look at your answer, gain something out of it and just close it. I mean, if they don't choose best answers, people can simply vote for themselves and ask someone elses like their friends to vote for them even if they gave stupid answers or answers irrelevant to the question. It's just disgusting and annoying. For those who have tried hard and put effort into answering the question, don't get a chance to gain that 10 whole points! I mean why do Yahoo! provide the "best answer" button for you guys if you don't have the mean to even use it?
P/S: I get annoyed by askers not choosing a best answer, but myself sometimes don't choose best answers. Teehee.

yeah, haha I'm usually the askers that you've mentioned. Sometime I get so busy that I don't get on here for a while and it won't let my choose a best answer anymore.

no because sometimes there is no best answer. i have had this happen, where i didn't get a correct answer at all. Like once i asked "what is in 19 days?" everyone said my birthday or something else but i was really counting down the last days til pirates 3 came out. no-one got it, so i didn't pick a best answer, don't worry all questions eventually get a best picked for them by vote.

Yes, I think askers should choose a best ansewer.
Because there is a better answer than others.
They should choose one.

YEA.... I really do. What else erks me, is when no voting on the thumbs either. I always go back to view my scores, and get irritated when no thumbs were voted up or down. When I see thumbs up on my answers, I just get a feeling of "I did good"....but then again, when I get a thumbs down, I feel like "perhaps I could have worded it differently," or I was totally agains the question and was prepared for a downer.

Sometimes.when i've put an amount of effort into a question and they put it to vote.but i understand if they can't pick a best answer because they don't know which is the correct answer.

Yes! I sometimes find that a bit frustrating too, but I have to admit I sometimes put mine on vote. Have a lovey night! Smiles!
