I remember rehab. I remember the pain. A day was an eternity, the clock stood still. But now, my time moves fast, and I wish there was more time in a day.

The neuroscience of time perception has recently become a hot area of study. So far, several brain regions have been found to be involved in different aspects of time perception. The most widely studied are the cerebellum and the basal ganglia, but other non-cortical regions, such as the inferior parietal lobes, and cortical regions such as the inferior prefontal cortex, dorsolateral prefrontal cortex, anterior cingulate gyrus, and the supplementary motor area also play roles. I'll take each of these regions in order, and in no particular order.

Right after the first of the year, time in our househaold nearly stood still. I'm not kidding, a day literally seemed to take a week to pass. My father and wife both noticed it too. Within a month everything was back to normal.

It depends...if I'm enjoying the moment the time goes fast, but if I'm not it goes slow.

the funny thing about time is that when you want it to go real fast...it moves so very slowly and when you want it move slowly...it seems to pass by in a blink of an eye...but a lot of times i also find that my time seems to be in time...and that is ok too... = )

It depends on what I am doing. When I am at peace, time seems to stand still. When I expect a future reward, time seems to go slowly. When I fear a future punishment, time seems to go quickly.
