I know what you mean I always get lashes in my eyes. The trick is open up your eye with one hand and with the other use your pinky(make sure it's clean) and put your finger on the eyelash the eyelash will usually stick to your finger and come out, if it doesn't work try wetting your finger and doing the same thing.
NOTE: It is important that you can see the eyelash so be careful when getting it out, do not push it down or up into your eyelids, it will become almost impossible to get out.

If you turn the faucet on and stick your third or index finger in the water you'll most likely have a drop of water on it. So, take the drop of water and gently drop it in your eye. Blink and few times and hope that it comes out.
If that doesn't work try holding your eyelids open for a long time. As soon as they are too dry they will begin to tear up and sometimes the eyelash will come out.
You can also use your finger to take out the eyelash, but some people have difficulty doing this. If you do, make sure you wash your hands beforehand, because your hands collect dirt, germs, bacteria and have natural oils.
If that STILL doesn't work have your friend blow in your eye. It won't exactly get it out.. but It makes the irritation stop momentarily.

Just carefully get it out. Make sure your hands are clean and the nails trimmed short. Blinking a few times to bring the lash to the edge is a good idea. Do NOT rub your eye. Your could scratch your cornea. My son has the same problem! Long thick eyelashes that get in his eyes! He wants them trimmed! Many a lash have we gotten out of his eyes!

Eyelashes that fall into your eyes sometimes stay in the back for a while. Very rarely they can decrease your vision. For the lash to get out, wait for a few days. Blink it back or if you use drops, the liquid can help the lash flow out.

What I do is I go to the mirror, widen my eye, or hold it open with one finger then lightly press a bit of my other finger right on top of the eyelash, and it will stick to the finger because its been rolling around in my eye juice, and then just lift and it will be on there. Sometimes you might push it around by blinking, so try to keep your eye open while traveling to the mirror.

When this happens to me I generally tend to grab the Optrex eye wash. Does the trick and pulls the offending eyelash out of your eye without any irritation to your eye itself.

what i do is (cause there are always something in my eye) like i look up and i just use my finger and like go throgh my bottom lashes and my finger is touching my eye...and then it will just go to the corner...and then do the samething with the corner of your eye and it gets out...if its really bad..then i guess rubbing ur eyes will help..but rubbing ur eyes arent good...OR you can go to the sink or in the shower and just flash it out
