All the oxygen? Not just the oxygen in the atmosphere but in the water and earth itself? And the living organisms? Earth is mostly made up out of oxides and oxygen rich rock so if all the oxygen were to disappear there wouldn be much of a planet left. And no life.
If "only" the oxygen in the atmosphere were to disappear it would mean certain death for a majority of life on earth. There would still be life though. For some 3 billion years life went on at a primitive level without an oxygen rich atmosphere. Humans might survive for a while though. It is quite easy to get oxygen from water. It wouldn´t be enough for most humans though. We would begin the task of giving earth back its oxygen as soon as possible but whether or not we would be successful depends on why the oxygen went away in the first place.
-edit-
If earth was geologically dead this scenario could happen. The vast majority of the oxygen in the air came from plants consuming carbondioxide and producing oxygen. But many organims also use CO2 to produce carbonate shells. And when they die that carbonate ends up on the bottom of the oceans and remain there. The only way for it to be returned to the atmosphere is via geological activity where carbonate rich rock has been subducted and ended up as part of magma in a volcano. The volcano then spews out the CO2 that would have otherwise been lost. This is called the geological carbon cycle and whitout it earths atmosphere would be almost only nitrogen. No oxygen since CO2 is required to make it and no CO2 since organism would consume it. So if earth were to become completely geologically dead (like Mars) the atmosphere would suddenly become thinner and thinner.

I believe that if the ozone failed, and all the oxygen were to be completed from the atmosphere, we would all suffocate and die. There is currently nothing we could do.
Of if JUST the oxygen were to disappear, than the human race would either need to learn how to breathe nitrogen, or suffocate, as mentioned above.
