I have tried Adwords with click bank, Multi level marketing Using surf site that are just scams and a whole miriad of things but nothing seems to work for me. Any sugestions

There are good information sites and good sales sites. The good information sites will attract some investment, but they have to be so big to pull serious investment and membership fees (like Friends Re-united) or very specialised with dedicated site visitors. (Some of the bigger wedding sites achieve this) MLM in all forms is just a nasty scam and I have not a particularly high opinion of pay per click.
To make money on the net, I feel that you have to use the net as a tool for trade or sale of services. It then becomes an interal part of a conventional business. Combining e-bay with local auctions works , where items are bought from e-bay and put into local auction or visa versa....it's really just a case of product knowledge. I am not talking about fortunes, but I know a couple of people who earn 3-400 pounds a week with not much work.
As an alternative, look at what other people are selling, work out who is successful, (you can do this from their sales/bidding history) source their stock, and copy them.
Apart from this it's down to an original concept site that loads of people want to use....moneysupermarket and youtube spring to mind, but if you had those sort of ideas, you probably wouldn't be asking questions of others !

The main problem you seem to have is not sticking at it long enough to get whatever it is you're trying to work to work. It's possible to make a full time living online using adwords, clickbank, adsense, selling products, selling ebooks, using ebay etc. etc. etc. The people that succeed don't quit. And they don't just copy what everyone else is doing. So, my answer to you is be different, and stop quitting. PS I can highly recommend Site Build It! - do a search, read people's comments. This service lets you be different, and encourages you, via a great forum, to not quit.

My vote still goes to Google's Adsense program. What can be simpler than making money by putting ads on your site? Now you have to WORK on your site constantly to help it bring in more and more earnings. Here is a link to a blog post about how much money people are making with adsense:
