I have tried Adwords with click bank, Multi level marketing Using surf site that are just scams and a whole miriad of things but nothing seems to work for me. Any sugestions

you need to get the money from the advertisers directly.
if your web site is specific to an industry try to think of the companies that will want your "eyeballs".
Your "eyeballs" are worth a lot to the right advertiser.
for example:

should offer the ad space to pedigree, iams etc
