I have this great DIY I want to do with a basic, colored hoodie, but I need to find one that doesn't have a logo, number, name, or expensive price tag on it. Help?

My favorite is Blank Shirts. We used to use them in college all the time. Their base is $7.58 per hoodie.

DollarShirts has them starting at $10.11 each... The more you buy, the less you pay.

Here's tons at sweatshirts unlimited too:

How cheap is cheap? Because of their heavier weight, i.e. fleece lining, etc., I can't imagine buying them, even in bulk, for less than $10 each. I could be totally wrong, but that's what I'm thinking.

Try your local warehouse store like CostCo or Sam's Club. You might be able to find them in huge boxes. What about a sporting goods store? Hmmm Overstock.com has 12 for $114, but they zip up the front. Ask a local printing shop where they get their goods or if you might buy a box off of them. I know you can get plain t-shirts at Michaels and Hobby Lobby, so look there, too.

Good luck! (I'm curious as all get out what your idea is.)

This is one of the best collection of plans I’ve seen: https://tr.im/6ORUV
There is enough variety of projects in here, big and small, intricate and simple, and you can pick out new ones as you progress in your woodworking abilities.
It’s a great feeling knowing you made something by hand. It’s always fun to show off your craftsmanship, and ladies love it too!
