I was having a bad day, no makeup, hair in ponytail, really tired eyes. I saw a guy friend i havent seen in like a year across the street,, dont think he saw me, i made a mad dash around the corner and got away.
i feel bad but i didnt want him thinking i changed to look like crap.

I have done it, with alot of friends. For me, it's usually in the grocery store. I figure I don't have to dress up, for some snacks, but... than I see someone I know, and BOOM, I'm dashing around the corner.
Do you know a way to contact him? Maybe online, or in school, or at work? If so, tell him "Hey, I think I saw you somewhere? I was in a rush, but I could have sworn it was yoU!? " That way... no problems, and... if he didn't see you, it's a chance to start talking again!

Unfortunately, yes, I have done the same thing. No makeup, I had my giant sunglasses on, I looked like freaking Nicole Richie. Thing was...he saw me !!! Boy, I felt really crappy looking...He probably thinks I'm gross now or something lol.

You mean to tell me that you have joined my club!! I can't tell you how many times I would sneak out, without trying to look nice, to get something at the store. It never failed, I always seemed to run into people that I would have loved to have spoken to, but felt so embarrassed I had to avoid them. The older I get, however, the less it really bothers me.
