KEEP SUNDAY OPEN TO RECOVER!!! you'll get a little dehydrated.... but it really does work!

THURS. & FRI.- drink 1/2 gallon organic, unfiltered apple juice each day. this helps soften the gall stones and makes it easier for them to come out.

SATURDAY- only non-fat foods. stop eating and drinking at 2pm.
make a solution of epsom salts. 4 tablespoons epsom salts and 3 cups of water. put in the fridge to get cold.
6pm- drink 3/4 cup of epsom salt solution. it's really gross!!
8pm- drink another 3/4 cups of epsom salt solution
10pm- mix 1/2 cup really good extra-virgin olive oil and 1/2 cup fresh squeezed grapefruit juice. make sure you are completely ready for bed before you do this. put both ingredients in a glass jar and shake to combine. use a straw to drink it. it makes it easier. but, trust me, after the epsom salts, this will taste sooooo good!!! drink it standing up next to bed. then immediately lay on your right side with your right knee pulled close to your chest. hold this position for 20-30 minutes. after that, go to bed.
during the epsom salt part, your stomach will start to gurgle a lot. it's normal. you will likely get gas pains, too. do not go poo yet. this will happen very naturally the next day (sunday).

SUNDAY- no earlier than 6am, take your 3rd dose (3/4 cup) of epsom salt solution. if you don't have it already, the diarrhea will come soon. your gall stones will float to the top of the toilet. some people actually poop into a collander to catch the stones!!! you may not have to take the last dose of epsom salt if you're pooping a lot. you can start eating around 10am. prefferably non-fat food. by the evening, you should feel better and can eat pretty much whatever you want.

the first time i did this flush, i got about 150 stones out. you can do this every 2 weeks if you want to.

Drink alot of water and avoid spicy and fatty foods.

Special Notes I made:

To assist in fighting infections in the gall bladder

• Olive Leaf
Olive Leaf is a traditional remedy used as a natural and effective antibiotic.

• Selenium
Selenium will assist in reducing gall bladder inflammation and is a powerful antioxidant mineral that works synergistically to assist in protection against further damage to liver cells. You would need to consume at least 200mcg daily. Absorption of vital nutrients & active ingredients is superior from powders, as compared to compressed tablets which often pass through the gut without being dissolved or absorbed.

Raw Juices
Raw juicing is vitally important. Drink raw vegetable juice everyday. Recommended vegetables to juice are purple cabbage, carrot, beetroot, citrus, apple and ginger root.

Dealing with Gallbladder Disorders
If you suffer from high cholesterol and regular bouts of indigestion, your gallbladder may be trying to tell you something.

The message that your gallbladder is sending could very well be this: Beware the effects of bad nutrition.

Dr Sandra Cabot has a book called "The Liver Cleansing Diet" that you might want to buy or see if the library has a copy.

You can also google "Dr Cabot liver" and come up with several links that will give you good information.

Sorry, but the 'liver flush' is a hoax. Basically you make soap in your tummy with the acid from your stomach, olive oil and other components.

Even Dr. Weil will tell you it's a myth.

The opening to the gall bladder is tiny, there is no way those 'stones' would go through that which happen in the 'fush.'

I'm not sure of a home remedy, but I do know there are some great Natural Alternatives; New Sun makes some great herbals and Homeopathics that could help keep those stones from re-occuring and get your colon/gall bladder/ kidney/Liver back into shape. Check out link below for more info

If you had gallstones you would know, there is no pain like it, nothing will flush out gallstones. If you have gallstones stay on a very low fat diet and no dairy products, I have 5 small gallstones and have had to follow that diet for 30 years.

Set your personal computer alarm to ring hourly—stand upwards for 1 to 5 minutes each and every time it goes off.

At breakfast, go ahead and beverage orange juice. But throughout the rest of the day, focus on water rather then juice or soda
