It is real, but the popular explanation for what it is usually is in error. When you get that "this all seems so familiar feeling, I have been here before" it can be expanded with practice. The feeling comes from a sudden episode of acute wakefulness, or at least more wakefulness. Awareness has taken a brief step up, & in this hightened state everything feel very familiar. Next time it happens, don't struggle to shake it off, but go with it, try to expand it. With a little practice you just might be suprised.

Oh, it's real!! You can almost smell it - in fact. I occasionally have this sensation, nothing physical, a mind-drift for want of a better word - music I know well but can't put a name to, and though there isn't any actual smell, I'm reminded of a pleasant lemon-like smell - all somewhere in my head, of course! More often than not, it's when I first wake in the morning. Only lasts a matter of seconds, and that time seems to be taken up with trying to identify the music and the smell!! Maybe I'm just weird!

I think it is a real phenomenon.
I think it is when the spiritual world creeps in to our sense of reality. For a brief moment we experience either a memory -or a future experience--it is like at that moment there is a layering of time. Or it can be explained as a cell memory where part of our spirit once experienced something like this.

It has to do with Quantin Physics

acceptable, a twist of destiny, by definition, does now no longer happen for a reason. yet even as some component is delivered on your interest, you'd be extra conscious of it. Like once you get a clean motor automobile, and with out note you note a million vehicles round city--resembling yours! You swear they weren't there beforehand, yet they were. you're in ordinary words extra cognisant of them beforehand you placed theory into it. Or once you study a clean be wide awake and with out note you're listening to it everywhere. As confident as you're that you've not in any respect heard it beforehand, you thoroughly have. you in ordinary words did not verify in it because it wasn't major to you. there became good right into a study I study awhile contained in the previous the area they placed a rabbit or a cat or some component in a field with in worry-loose words vertical strains in it for a magnificent lengthy time period. on an similar time as they took them out, they could easily in worry-loose words see topics that were vertical and they could run into some component that became horizontal (steps, and so on.). They immediately misplaced the flexibility to workout recurring horizontal instruments. probably it became the alternative...horizontal then vertical. besides, that's an similar theory. topics aren't from now on any extra going to exist to you until eventually eventually you're conscious of them.

it's that weird illogical feeling, like when you go to a place and it just feels like you've been there before somehow but you have no proof or any further memory...or when you're doing something and you suddenly stop because you realize you've done it before when in fact, you haven't! really weird. someone once told me it comes from forgotten memories of your past life that somehow slipped into your present life. now that's even weirder!...

I don't care if it's real or not. The important thing is I've felt it and I know it exists.
