anyone know the top speed of a formula one race car??

the honda did roughly 250 mph/400 kmh at the salt flats
but i think that either manza or indy indy has the highest race speeds and its in the 208-212mph/335-340kph range

There are too many factors to consider. BAR Honda set a mark close to 220mph on the salt flats. I am not sure if they were able to go faster after that. F1 cars are are less about top speed and more about acceleration, braking, etc.
